Marcy Petrini is a fiber artist, teacher, and writer. She is the regular feature contributor for “Right from the Start”, a column in Shuttle Spindle & Dyepot, the quarterly publication of the Handweavers Guild of America, Inc.; she also writes monographs and a monthly blog. Marcy teaches weaving locally at the Bill Waller Craft Center, nationally and on zoom. She has received a Lifetime Achievement Award for her teaching from the Craftsmen’s Guild of Mississippi, Inc.
